Deposit and Balance Due
· A deposit of $50 is requested when you make the reservation, in order to confirm your registration. The payment may be made in either 
  cash, verifiable check (order of : Winmarc Vacation Adventures) or credit card.
· Balance due on June 1st,  2009 – 21 days before departure.

Cancellation fees: If you cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees will apply:
· Reservation Canceled before Balance Due - June 1st 2009 :                 50% of deposit refunded
· Failure to Pay Balance Due (June 1st, 2009):                                          Amount of deposit
· Cancellation after June 2nd, 2009, but on or before June 8th, 2009):     25% of package forfeited
· Cancellation after June 9th, 2009, but on or before June 15th 2009) :    50% of package forfeited
· Cancellation on or after June 15th 2009):                                                100% of package forfeited
