Payment and Cancellation Terms
Deposit and Balance Due
· A deposit of $550 is requested when you make the reservation, in order to confirm your registration. The payment may be made in either cash, verifiable check (order of : Winmarc Vacation Adventures) or credit card. · Balance due on May 10th 2008 – 60 days before departure.
Cancellation fees: If you cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees will apply:
· Reservation Canceled before Balance Due - May 10th 2008 : 50% of deposit refunded · Failure to Pay Balance Due (May 10th, 2008) Amount of deposit · Cancellation after May 11th, 2008, but on or before May 25th 2008) : 50% of package forfeited · Cancellation on or after May 26th 2008): 100% of package forfeited
